    I used this Canola Oil as my salad dressings. Out of my surprise, my daughter loves it as it enhances the taste of her salad. I also used it for sauteing my dishes and make cookies. The texture is very light And smooth ❤️

    Saya menggunakan Minyak Mazola Canola dlm menu masakan jenis sayur-sayuran..minyak yg penuh khasiat dgn Omega-3 fatty acid sesuai utk org yg menjaga pemaknan dlm diet dan kegunaan harian..boleh jugak utk menggoreng..kurang kolestrol 😍 bagi sy Mazola Canola oil boleh mengantikan olive oil..kerana khasiat lebih kurang sama 😍 saya mmg memasak hampir setiap hari utk keluarga saya..dgn menggunakan minyak mazola canola ni syg xperlu bimbang kerana ianya sgt berkhasiat dan berkualiti tggi…👍🏻 Terima kasih 100comments kerana bg saya peluang mencuba minyak yg sgt berkhasiat dan exclusive..❤️

    Saya guna minyak canola untuk memasak ,baunya ringan dan lembut menjadikan rasa semulajadi makanan.Walaupun agak mahal tapi banyak kebaikkan dan mengandungi banyak vitamin.

    I used this Mazola 100% Canola oil in preparing my meals, which include frying a sunny side up, which usually tends to absorb the oil and frying vegetable with garlic. The Mazola 100% Canola oil is so light and it is not oily at all. Moreover, it is good for health where it contains Omega 3, 6 and vitamin E. This is a very important feature as health is our top priority nowadays.     What can I cook with canola oil

    Canola oil is known to reduce bad cholesterol and good for the heart. I would recommend canola oil to be use in low to medium heat cooking to bring out the fragrance and aroma of the natural flavour from the food. I usually use it to stir fry vegetables, eggs, sauteed dishes and fried rice. I also add some Mazola canola oil in the pastry dough like bao and bread and it made the texture smooth.

    This is not my usual oil but after using it for the first time, my family likes it. It’s very light and there’s no smell, perfect for stir frying. It doesn’t produce strong smoky smell when you’re cooking with it so cleaning up is easier.

    Light Oil Suitable for Asian Cooking

    I find this suitable for Asian cooking for both deep fries and stir fries. The oil is light and does not have a strong smell. It\’s clean and clear and no smoky smell during cooking with high heat.
