After using this multiple times, I've realized that when toasting bread/sandwiches... the toaster doesn't close properly, so the upper lid doesn't grill as well as the lower lid.

So lower lid > upper lid.

And therefore it doesn't heat evenly.

The interchangeable plates make it pretty useful, but due to uneven heating can get a bit frustrating.

Easy to clean tho
