Been taking Fine Foods First Milking Colostrum for about a week. Physically I have noticed my nails have grown like crazy and they're really strong like never before. I've been losing weight consistently so it's tough to say if it helped the weight gain, however, I've been taking the most perfect bowel movements every day. Haven't had that in many years. Digestion is better, and not experiencing stomach pain or a lot of bloating like before. It isn't wise to just take colostrum and have a bad diet though. All in all, it's a great product and a wise investment for your health.
