    Resepi ayam butter chicken atau prawn buttermilk saya menjadi premium kualiti setiap kali menggunakan butter anchor ni. Tak perlu garam tambahan sebab butter ni dah masin. Buat kek pun terbaik. Suka bau butter ni bila bakar atau menumis. Sangat wangi dan sangat memikat. Satu rumah bau wangi butter. Butter dah masin jadi bila buat kek atau kuih tak payah tambah garam. Kalau buat lauk masakan garam pun kurang guna. Rasa mengancam la.

    I love to put this butter when baking my cakes. It makes my cakes taste good. You also can put it when cooking butter chicken. It is very yummy! However, the price of this butter is a bit pricey.

    Superb for baking

    It is really versatile and has that richness that makes my baking smell amazing! From butter pancakes and pies to croissants, it is the most ideal butter to use in my opinion. Being salted means that I don’t have to add salt to any of my preparations as it will already be seasoned through the butter. It sticks and holds really well plus it does not melt as fast. It retains its temperature from the fridge well which is essential in making croissants where the butter has to be firm and cold. The best way to use this is actually anything. From searing meat to making a soup roux, I have done it all with this magnificent product from Anchor. It is top-notch and a staple in my cooking books.
