Normally I am having a hard time trying to make my sauce thicker whenever I cook but this helps me a lot. I just put a bit by mixing it with little water and there you go, a perfect thick sauce for my everyday cooking which my family love so much. You can also use this flour for baking biscuit and cake too because it gives a different feel and texture to your cakes and cookies.
