Radiant Organic Unbleached Bread Flour

I always use radiant organic product in baking. This unbleached bread flour provide more nutrient and protein and no chemical and it;s suitable for my kids.

The idea that organic unbleached flour is better is both true and false. Yes, in terms of the nutrient and hygiene properties. No, in terms of baking value and the differences in taste. I always use conventional bread flour or Tepung Gandum in making my bread and sometimes switched to wholemeal for that fibre kick, but after watching lots of cooking channels offering that unbleached flour really gives your baking a whole new level, I had to try it. I bought this at Cold Storage as it’s hard to find elsewhere and was excited to try it. Without the chemical process, it still looks the same as normal bread flour, so be careful when labelling them. The only part is that it’s more nutritious, but the results are just the same.
