The best mass protein that I have tried before. It helps me to gain my mass in short time. I was 53kg, after 3 pack of serious mass, my weight is 67kg now.

What i like about this weight gainer is that it contains such a complete basic of nutrition that are high in protein and carbs,while loaded with vitamins and minerals. It is also added with a low ammount of creatine and some good ammount of glutamine which can promote faster muscle recovery. So far it is my 3rd bag and im loving it. The taste ive tried so far are chocolate and vanila flavour. I prefer the chocolate one as it taste alittle bit coco-ish (blackforest chocolate) while the vanila is kinda sweet for me. Although taste is subjective, I have gained more than 10kgs in just 3 months by taking only 1 serving from this bag per day. Of course i followed a high calorie diet which involves alot of meats, eggs, rice, veges n fruits and hits the gym 5 times per week. 1 serving is about 2 scoops of the powder and for me i break it down into 2 servings with 1 scoop each time. So 1 scoop i will take it after my workout and another one during snack time. On non-workout days i only take 1-2 scoops depending on my food intake. Compared to my last attempt in putting on gains, this time is much more faster and easier with serious mass which i highly recommend it to anyone. The results are unbelievably fast and visible. I have even change my closet because my size has increased. I can feel my jeans are getting tighter and shirt getting smaller. And it sure does amaze my friends and family and they always mentioned that i became buff, strong looking body now.

Excellent product, does exactly what it says on the tin. Tried the chocolate, chocolate peanut butter and banana. Taste wise chocolate is my favorite but all those 3 taste good. Gives plenty of energy, protein and vitamins/minerals. Can't say I've tried any of the other brands but I don't need to as this does exactly what I need, great stuff even if a bit pricey.

I'd recommend this, all nutrients is expertly combined. all type nutrition to help in terms of muscle growth, recovery, calories intake supports. all perfect. try vanilla so that u can consume in the morning as well if choc make u wanna take a poop hehe

This was the second brand I tried for Mass Gainer. It's simply tasty especially when added with milk/ ice cream. The 1st one after finishing it, I gained only 2-3 KGS. For this brand, I gained 5kgs. Now I can get it around RM169 and even though I don't follow it's serving size, I can still gain. Worth the price.

This was my first bag of weight gainer that i purchased, the result is sure and very depend on individual absorption and the surplus u added to your macro. I take half serving on the first 2 week and a full serving the following week. It did well in increasing lean mass for a hardgainer like me. But the mixabiliy for this product is not so good. Taste so far is ok.
