Satiating!

It tastes nutty on its own and adds a nice subtle flavour to my salads. Taking it also makes me feel full for longer and reduces cravings for sweet things. My energy level is also steady throughout the day and when it's time for meals, I feel pleasantly and gradually hungry - no nasty blood sugar crashes that causes my hands to shake. It's truly incredible.
