Made with 100% pure camomile, relax and enjoy the golden flavour and floral aroma of this natural caffeine-free herbal tea. A creamy, sweet infusion with a hint of grass, that the pollen heads produce. There is certainly a time and place for camomile, but I would rather not take it with food, as it is ideal in a nice bubble bath to help aid relaxation.

Brewing this tea especially at night eases daily tension and promotes better sleep at night. Steeping it normally takes little to no time at all which I like because then I get to spend more time with family. This tea has almost always helped me to sleep better at night and preventing me from waking up unnecessarily in the middle of the night. The scent and taste is mild enough for daily consumption
