TOPVALU Instant Oatmeal is best to have it in the morning for breakfast as it is a good balanced diet which helps to reduce the cholesterol level. Just add hot water and can add honey if you want to have different taste. Very convenient as it can be ready in just few minutes. Healthy food which can be shared with the whole family. Highly recommend.
