Before this, i always have leg cramps and pain after a short run in the morning, i been told it might related to poor blood circulation.
After i consume the Thomson Activated Ginkgo for 2 weeks, it seem my blood circulation is improved. My leg cramp and pain issue seem reducing. The exhaustion and tiredness issue also getting better.

This is a health supplement that can improve your blood circulation. All you need is to take 1-2 tablets a day, before or after meals. My personal preference is to take it before meals for better absorption. I have felt some improvement in my blood circulation (lesser feeling of cold feet, especially in the night).
