Suntory Black Oolong Tea is a food for specified health uses (FOSHU^*1) that contains a large amount of oolong tea polymerized polyphenols (OTPPs) that can suppress fat absorption.
Drinking this tea with meals has been shown to suppress the rise in triglycerides after eating by about 20%^*2 and roughly double fat elimination efficiency^*3.
It has minimal bitterness, goes well with meals, and has a refreshing aftertaste.
