Great product!!
This workout bar is user-friendly. It can be install easily without any complex tools. The only disadvantage is very difficult to bring along as you have to take out all parts and reinstall it.

chin your body up
easy to install. just hook it up at your door frame. as my door is quite high,i put this without take it out. everyday after i wake up, on my way to bathroom, i could just straight my hands up and do at least 10 chin up. really convenient as when i am in the mood, i could just walk to it and do the chin up. highly recommended
