Vitamin c for daily boost

I always have this vitamin c handy for my family. For us adult I take 2 tablet. Kids would take a tablet a day. This I feel would be better than the soluble one. Sometimes it comes in a promotion double pack so it’s more worth to buy. Kids has lesser flu and keep them in good shape of health especially during school day
