I am a big believer of electric toothbrushes and have been using one in recent years prior to this review. My visits to the dentists always result in tooth scaling because the electric toothbrush I used couldn\\\'t really clean those hard-to-reach areas well. So when I started using Philips Sonicare 3100 these past few days, I could immediately feel the difference. My teeth and gums felt and looked cleaner. I think the well-designed brush head combined with the innovative sonic technology and longer handle could reach those troublesome areas in my teeth. This electric toothbrush is so easy to use and it feels great yet gentle on my teeth and gums. I love its simplicity - the intensity can be changed with just a press of the button and the subtle prompts alerts me of when to start brushing the other parts of my teeth. Charging it was also a breeze and a single charge could last for about a fortnight. Truly it was time for me to upgrade my electric toothbrush and I\\\'m glad I did it! I look forward to my next visit to the dentist. Bye bye cavities and scaling (I hope)!
