This piece of technology is just fantabulous! You can do a lot of things with it and I use it every now and then. The only drawback is the inner pot coating which is easily get scratches. Although I use wooden spatula for sautéing, but it get scratches after a few usage. It could be due to my wooden spatula too harsh for the non-stick coating. But I do not have this kind of problem with my other ceramic non-stick cookware. My advice is be sure to use a really soft wooden spatula or silicone spatula is the best fit. Hopefully the inner pot non-stick coating is safe for human consumption.
