Comparing to Myprotein creatine monohydrate, I think optimum nutrition micronized creatine is bette. It can help to enhance physical performance and improve overall power. It's my all time favourite.

The loading stage for the first week, i used to maintain 10-15gram of dosage every day, then i tend to use it 5g daily for the maintaining stage. Optimum nutrition creatine is the quality product and i can feel the difference in my strength start from 2 week. I'd usually mixed it with some high GI carbohydrate for better absorption.

It took about 2 week of loading to kick in and then I saw the staple effects of adding in creatine, adding 1-2 reps to my sets, a visible increase in the overall size and thickness of my muscles (esp. biceps and shoulders), and shortened recovery time. The instructions are very clear for the loading period and I liked that they suggested adding some carbs when ingesting to increase the absorption rate. I'd usually mixed it with my branched chain amino acid because they are unflavour product and it can recover my muscular pain during my workout.

It's creatine. It's a cheap supplement to throw into the stack. I just mix it in with my whey shake after a workout, but I never got indigestion or bloating from it. Would recommend.
