I used this for my daily cooking. This oil is good for dying especially fish. The food is less oily and gives pleasant fragrance. Naturel always has promotion and it's really worth the price we paid.

Naturel blend of sunflower oil consists of lower levels of poly-saturated fat which is commonly found in normal cooking oils. It lasts longer in higher temperatures and does not emit a chemical taste when cooking my meals with it. It is a very healthy alternative cooking oil and affordable one compared to the pricy olive oils, but provides the same health benefits. Very versatile and easily accessible.
