I started to consuming this after I started to lose a lot of energy due to extra work at office.It really boost up my energy level.The taste was totally good.It also smell good.It is actually for breast feeding mom but i just gave a shot to see the effects.It is actually worth it.My skin also feels good due to collagen in the drink.
