Great for grilled cheese

Seen all those ooey gooey cooking videos of the perfectly crisp and golden melted cheese? Well, I’ve been using Mainland’s Colby Block paired together with cheddar cheese that to me, makes the perfect combination to achieve a result most similar to that. I used my sandwich maker and shreds of the Colby cheese to make my breakfast at times. It is refreshingly crisp, but not too sharp of a taste. Just enough cheese to coat and melt easily. Two thumbs up!
