Chicken Marinade is a soy sauce based all-in-one marinade and braising sauce with a hint of ginger and sweetness. Use it with chicken duck or your favourite meat. It also great as a soy dipping sauce.
Soy Sauce Chicken:
Boil 3 portions of Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade and 2 portions of water. Add ingredients like Chicken drumsticks or chicken thigh. Bring to boil and turn to low heat. Cook until down. Turn occasionally. Remove from heat, cover and cool a while to serve.
1 tablespoon = 15ml.
Refrigerate After Opening.
