- Specially designed thick gauged cast aluminium: This ensures an excellent conduction of heat & helps to avoid warping & other issues.
- Clean the cookware: Please clean the cookware thoroughly with dish drop and a non-scratch sponge.
- Rinse and dry: Coat the cookware with some cooking oil & season over low heat for a few minutes switch off the flame. Set it to cook & wipe clean with a kitchen towel. The cookware is ready for use.
- During cooking: The die-cast body of Shogun non-stick cookware has great heat conductivity, so please use low to medium heat. Start with medium flame & turn to low flame once cookware is hot.
- Do not overheat an empty cookware over high flames as it can cause damage to the non-stick coating over a period time. Just heat & cook immediately.

Shogun frypan
Can\’t go wrong with the Shogun Kyoto frypan by La Gourmet. The pan feels quite heavy and solid, non-stick layer is great as my food slides off easily even though I did not put much oil. It\’s also suitable for all stove types and and supposed to be good for energy saving. The pan heats up pretty fast, I got the 20cm sized one. Overall, it\’s nice to use, easy to clean, a good size cooking for 1-2pax and dries fast so it doesn\’t take up my drying rack space.

Got my 24cm la gourmet kyoto frypan. I would say this is a perfect size to cook for individual meal. Is super lightweight yet the material is good in heat conduction so it will allows you to prepare your meal quicker and save more energy consumption! Other than that, the frypan is also super easy to clean and dry in few minutes after wash. I will definitely purchase the other sizes to complete my kitchen cookware.

Heavy and Non-Stick!
Its my first time using a La Gourmet Shogun Kyoto Pan and it is love at the first sight. I love how heavy the pan it is unlike the normal non-stick that is light. The heavy pan make it more stable on the stove and makes cooking much more comfort and safe.
It is also non stick and really well. The medium size make it a good everyday pan for cooking pancake or wrap.

I like the La Gourmet Shogun Kyoto 28cm Frypan a lot. It is very handy to cook almost everything! My meal becomes more healthy because less oil is needed to cook. It also save the energy with the excellent heat conductivity! The size is just nice for a medium family of 4 like myself.
