Last month, i starting diet and this kewpie helps me a lot. As i only eat eggs, salads, boils chicken. The kewpie help me to give some flavour to my dish everyday. In the morning, i always take 2 eggs and mash it and put some kewpie. It's come very tasty. For lunch i have my salads with kewpie and also for dinner. I am used kewpie for almost a year.
