Last month, i starting diet and this kewpie helps me a lot. As i only eat eggs, salads, boils chicken. The kewpie help me to give some flavour to my dish everyday.

In the morning, i always take 2 eggs and mash it and put some kewpie. It's come very tasty.

For lunch i have my salads with kewpie and also for dinner.

I am used kewpie for almost a year.
And it doesn't make me going fat, instead i loose more weight.

Kewpie Sandwich Spread is my favourite because it contains mix vegetables which made the sandwich more delicious. We can use it alone spread on the bread and eat like that. It's different with others mayonnaise because not so sweet.
