    Here’s the thing: these bars are delicious. They are salty, sweet, and definitely hit the spot if you have that kind of craving. The problem is, as a “diet” item, they’re terrible. The temptation to eat more than one in a sitting is high, and if you’re able to resist the urge to eat more than one, you still want to go back to the kitchen to look for something else to munch on. Something about the combination of chocolate and pretzel just begs for over-indulgence. If you’re serious about a diet, don’t buy these. However, if you have more self-control and can be satisfied with a small 90-calorie bar, go for it. You definitely won’t be disappointed.
