I am a great fan of Kellogg's product and I love Kellogg’s Special K Rich Chocolate Protein Shakes so much because it taste very delicious and very convenient to bring along anywhere as it comes with cute design of bottle which I can put in my handbag. The price also reasonable and worth to purchase. The taste really delicious and yummy! Good for the health and boost the stamina also. Highly recommend.

These taste very similar to cotton candy, which I find delicious. Not at all tart like a real strawberry/banana combo. That may be a negative quality for others, but I don't mind. Since the nutrition label is posted in the images, I can't add much to the commentary there, but I do find the level of protein and fiber satisfactory for the calorie count. The strawberry banana is by far my favorite flavor of special K protein shake.
