HKIII Bamboo Salt is derived from the Korean folk remedy with a thousand-year history. Natural sea salt from South Korea’s West Coast is selected and poured into bamboo trunks that are three years old.
After sealing the bamboos’ openings with deep mountain red clay, it is baked numerous times (over 8 hours each time) with pine resin as the burning fuel at temperatures ranging from 900°C to 1500°C to remove heavy metals and toxins from the salt.

The king of salt
2 weeks ago, I has been diagnosed with Covid-19, I have a bad sore throat, and very tired on first few days. It happen that I receive this Hkii Bamboo Salt from 100Comnents on the same time and I heard about the bamboo salt was so beneficial to a sore throat, without hesitation, I try to licked the bamboo salt, I found on the night itself, my sore throat is getting better, and I also looked energetic after that.

Love the soft texture
Salt is full of minarels and we will need it for energy – we will need some in our body but it would never be too much. Be it for cooking, to marinate meats, consume for gurgling to ease sore throat, replenish after workout etc.
I had tried white salt, himalayan salt and the one that amazed me is @hkiii.official Bamboo salt. The minarels are retain in the process and no chemicals content which makes it a great healer. For diabetic patient especially.
The texture is powdery, unlike the salt in the market. It makes it easy to be absorbed especially for marinate meat in cooking. For drinks its easy to dillute in water too.
5g per sachet is good for convenience and it reduce dampness in a small sachet compare to storing all in a bottle or packet.
