First detox drinks

Because I want to on diet, I have tried this Herbalife F1 Chocolate drinks. I drink it every morning to replace my breakfast which is advice by the seller. As recommended by the seller, I bought the shake bottle too. It is quite easy to prepare as there have already provided a plastic spoon with the accurate amount. Juz put 2 scoops then add water and shake it.. That's all! However, I bought the chocolate flavor and I feel it is quite "not nice to drink" for me ? I don't like the flour taste and sometime the feeling of gravy will make me feel wanna vomit ? But!!! I just drink it 1 week, and all my meals is like normal (but eat more clean).. I have lost a total 0.5kg just in ONE WEEK! The result is amazing! However, due to the taste that I can"t accept, I have give up to finish the whole bottle.. Hope I able to find a detox drink that taste good and also works for diet!
