It has been years, I always have joints pain especially at both knees. It happened everytime when I got up or stand after I was sitting too long on the floor, I can feel the pain on my knees and hear the cracking sound from my both knees. Thanks to Ebene for this great knee guards to my mom. But, it a bit small for my mom this M size. If is L size bigger will more comfortable to her. It’s very tight, wear it at home is ok. If wearing with bicycle is not so comfortable. After few day tried, my mom said it is good for her knee just a bit tight and not comfortable. Overall can release her knee pain problems while walking. Hope can getting better solve her knee problems. She can cycling more as a mild exercise.

I have tried Ebene Bio-Ray Knee Guards with Tourmaline (Firm Support) for the past 2 weeks. I wear it 1 - 2 hours daily, usually at night while relaxing. The product fits well, not too tight. It is flexible enough that I can still have knee full range of motion without any restrictions. It is also comfortable and breathable. Post exercise, I usually suffer from muscle irritation that affects the back of the knee. It is hard for me to stand up and sit down, like some sort of knee weakness. With this knee guards, it does help to support this movement and makes it easier and less painful. I also feel slight warmth sensation which is good. I tried using it during light exercise like fast walking and dancing. It still supports but the top edge of the knee guards start to roll down with such fast movements. It is annoying that I have to fix it every now and then and it definitely interferes with my activities. I hope Ebene can improve on this. I would recommend this product because it does provide very good support for knee weakness. As for my experience, I would only use it after exercise for reasons I mentioned above.
