A hot and tangy ready-to-cook sauce with tamarind, ginger flower & Polygonum leaves. Usually cooked with fish.
Cooking Instructions :-
1. Combine 1 pack of Brahims Spicy Tamarind Sauce with 300g fish and simmer for 2 minutes.
2. Add 250ml (1 cup) water. Stir gently until fish is cooked through.
3. To enchance flavour, add your choice of preboiled vegetables.
Always check that the product is piping hot before serving.
