A favourite hot and spicy ready-to-cook Malaysian sauce with chilli, tomato paste and lemon grass. Traditionally cooked with seafood.
Cooking Instructions :-
1. Combine 1 pack of Brahims Sambal Tumis Sauce with 300g prawns or squids and 80ml (1/3 cup) water.
2. Cook and stir on medium heat for 8 minutes or until seafood is cooked.
Always check that the product is piping hot before serving.
