    Saya sukakan perencah beriyani Brahim’s ini.Penyediaan amat mudah,cuma tumiskan dengan minyak sapi atau mentega kemudian tambahkan kismis,buah gajus dan beras basmathi.Makan pula bersama lauk beriyani.Rasanya memang terangkat,tidak perlu membuat ramuan sendiri yang agak remeh.

    The herbs and spices in this pre-made briyani rice paste is adequate to make your own briyani in the comforts of your own home, however, there is still something lacking in its paste that I can’t quite point out where. Perhaps it just needs one vital ingredient present in Indian cooking, but I just can’t figure out what it is. I added some cloves and star anise for a more wholesome flavour but overall, it’s not as good as what you can find at an authentic Indian restaurant. A good alternative if you want to attempt to make your own or if you want to make a large batch of briyani for an occasion.
