Very soft on my skin~

Im having a hair problem (hair fall).. So, i check through the internet on which shampoo can solve my problem.. Then i chose this shampoo to see if it does work on me.. I buy this shampoo with its anti hair fall oil, well its quite pricey thou~ but! It has done nothing to my hair.. No improvement at all. I've been using this for almost 2 months, but my hair still falling out.. I dont think this is suitable for me..
