LIFEFACTOR'S Zembren capsules contain Sceletium Tortuosum extract, stem and leaves. In other words, the extract is derived from a South African plant also known as 'Kanna' which has properties to elevate mood, decrease anxiety, stress and tension and to suppress appetite. Following instructions on the bottle, which is to take 1 capsule daily after breakfast, I have experienced a general sense of calmness at least for the first part of the day. Even if it happens to be a stressful day, these Zembren capsules have allowed me to stay relaxed and carry out tasks within my capacity without feeling too overwhelmed. Did not experience any side effects such as headaches or nausea, either.

As someone with a dark skin complexion, finding a makeup base that is both hydrating and moisturising without making my skin look ashy and dry is important. For those reasons alone, this UV Gel is highly recommended. It may be confusing to some in terms of cream consistency as it does not appear to be in gel form but that's something you don't have to worry about because the cream absorbs into skin well and holds your makeup in place for the whole day/night. It also does not add an oily base to my skin and keeps my face bright. I would also recommend this to anyone with atopic dermatitis (eczema) because I suffer from severe eczema during breakouts and I have not experience any rashes or irritation from this UV Gel.

Love the buttery flower smell as well as the fact that it is not oily. The cream absorbs really well into your skin and keeps you moisturised. Definitely recommend this to those with extreme dry skin or mild atopic dermatitis (eczema).
