I rated this as 4 stars instead of lower because there are some points that impressed me compared to the disappointed ones. Start off with how bad/slow the powder dissolves in the water eventhou I stirred it. It is in powder form so dissolving it in a warm water should be fast but no, still contains powder balls floating in the cup. As much reviews I read up online, this product doesn't really show any difference on keeping the kids from cough/flu. I still see signs of my kid coughing regularly. However, this product's taste good /acceptable, mild flavor. Price is reasonable range and often have promotion. The important part is, this product is easily found in the pharmacies compared to other brand.
