This coconut oil from country farm is really good and the taste is bearable too! I had consume this about 5 months ago. And i always love the effects it have on me. It cure my seldom constipation, it helps me with my mouth condition because i use it too for the oil pulling. Also sometimes i use it to cook my diet food, such as omelette, or stir fried veges. This is really multipurpose product!

Haha.. Its quite funny to think this as my life saver, but it is true. Back when i was in university, i really had a small number of monthly expenses. So i will buy 2 or 3 bags of this maggi kari as a stocks. I always cook it, and eat it together with rice as it was a side dish or, main dish even with some egg put together. The taste of course delicious, just that you have to eat the rice as it is so that the tase of the maggi will not be bland. So yeah, this is my life saver.
