I consumed this product for almost 3 years already and I love it ! I work in a very hot and tough condition as a site engineer and for that, of course i need a supplement to keep me energetic physically and mentally. It helps me a lot to go through the entire day without fatigue. One tablet is enough for me in a day. I also take this product whenever i had fever.
