Help to prevent constipation
Yakult is me and my son favourite culture drinks. It's really help to prevent constipation .
I'm having constipation since I was teenage , but after I try on yakult I can go toilet easily everyday and some more the taste is very good and I will also let my 3 years son to consume to make sure he is having a healthy stomach.

First try on colostrum
Eermm.....this is my very first try on a colostrum milk. Taste is good but is a bit hard to melt and I'm not really like the thicken texture . But seem it was good for our health,I will try to accept it and continues to consume.
I have drink for more than a week but I still do not feel any change on my body. But I will finish it and see if there is any different on my body.

这是我第一次用这品牌的睫毛膏，感觉还不赖。刷头细小适合我这种睫毛短的人。不过效果不是太明显，需要刷多几层才能够有浓密的效果，棕色的另一边则完全看不到颜色，可能先上一层黑色再刷棕色会比较显色。
不过非常喜欢我非常喜欢看起来很高贵的银色包装。
