Started eating ecobrown rice since my family decided to change our usual jasmine white rice to brown rice. One recommendation would be get a pressure cooker to cook this brown rice instead of usual rice cooker for better rice texture (less dry). Like the fact it's like vacuum packed, seems more hygienic.

It's fun and can learn basic Latin dance moves as well.. Comes with few CD with different difficulties but personally I prefer the 'Step by Step' Video which can learn on Latin dancing.
It's a fun way to sweat, better than normal aerobics video. It works well for lazy people like me who can't make it to gym centre for classes :)
Don't expect the Zumba sticks to act as a dumbbell though, it's more like a 'prop' to follow the work out steps. It's super light and very plastic feel.

Got it as a sample. It's feels abit too 'rich' for my skin. Not much foam though, can feel skin slightly dried-up after use. Skin slightly reddish after wash, have to faster apply toner after wash.

One word, ouch??!! Really I don't get it, why is the peeling off part so painful, I think some facial hairs were removed in the process?? I had to use a wet facial cotton to slowly damp my face in order to slowly remove this mask.. of course leaving my face reddish after that.. this is not recommended if you have medium dry skin.

I use this product as my day cream sometimes since it feels abit light and easily absorbed kind of feeling.. however i personally think it's not that suitable for ladies above 30 since it doesn't have much 'anti-aging' effect..
It's good to be used as a whitening lotion to reduce freckles, because I developed a lot of freckles from outdoor sports during high schools.. think it helped a lot to lighten the freckles.

Just a tips for ladies out there using Sekkisei Lotion, which I literally can't live without, is that you can actually use it as a quick fix mask!! Just get this little round Kose lotion mask sheet from the Kose counter of course, place it on the cap, just dash in 4-5 drops of lotion then 'vollaaa' the mini cotton mask will expand to the perfect face mask.

Usually I'll leave it on my face for about 10-15mins till it dries up abit then if the cotton mask is still a little moist, gently wipe over your neck as well. It's like a quick fix especially long hours in air-cond places and immediately can feel my face more moistured and freshen up. Plus, it's cheaper than getting the usual Kose mask ?

I never go to bed without this emulsion. Although it feels a little sticky when I applied it but the next morning I really can feel my skin feeling softer and not sticky anymore of course.
I find it effective to recover from some reddish spots especially after 'blackhead pressing session'.. I just need to apply a little more to the 'affected' area and the next morning the reddish patch is gone and I felt the blackhead area kinda 'recovered' ?

This is one product that works miracle for all skin types.. gives the glow, makes your face feeling fresh.. occasionally Kose have limited edition jumbo bottles for super value price, really should grab it whenever you see the offer.. this is one product worth investing in. ?

Personally think this is the only face mask you will ever need, regardless whatever skin you have.
One piece of it, and the next day you will your face like totally brighten up and \\\'bouncy\\\'.
Especially when you need to put on make-up the next day but having horrible dried-up skin, just put it on the night before and trust me, the next day, whatever make-up product works miracle on your face.

Been using this mop for years. Makes cleaning super easy, it\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s really like sweep & wet mopping all in one.
Saves time and cleaner too. Love the fact the handle has adjustable heights, less strain for the back.. Only issue is that the refill is darn expensive.
