For me personally, after Yakult first came to Malaysia, I immediately stopped buying Vitagen and other drinks alike. Yakult had the best flavour among all of them. The taste is not too sweet and the quantity is just right. Physically, I feel that it helps with my digestion and constipation a lot of times.
