Learn while be healthy. Kids would ask for it as they can choose the alphabet. very interactive way to let them be a healthy kids. Vitamin C is crucial for kids as they often taking too little vitamin in their daily meal. as a booster, i give them accordingly to the recommendation and the strawberry flavor is her favourite.

Daily Supplement for my kids

My kids love to eat Appeton Vitamin C so much. It is their daily supplement. However I will make sure they are not overdose. It is good in boosting my kids’ immune system and apparently they hardly caught flu after starting consuming it. Although the price of this Vitamin C is a bit expensive, but for the good health of my kids, it is definitely worth it.

My kids love it. The blackcurrant flavour is their favourite.
It comes with a chewable tablet so it’s pretty easy for kids to consume. They would definitely ask for it if I forgot to give them. But taking fruits and vegetables is still a must to make sure they have a balanced and healthy life.

Appeton A-Z Kid’s Vitamin C is good in boosting kids’ immune system. I can see my kids have lesser sick after they started to take this supplement. They can learn A-Z alphabets too by taking this vitamin C. It can be easily found at pharmacies.

Good supplement for the kid

Once a day to give extra supplement to my kid, he loves it. Any how, we need to teach kids to take fresh fruits rather than depending on supplement. It does help in boosting their immune system. I can see less flu for my kid after taking Appeton Vit C. Will continue support

I remember growing up that my younger brother was on Appeton as he was a picky eater. Now, I continue the practice by giving my kid Appeton. What I love about this is that it is not sugar coated and I do not mind giving her a couple everyday as she loves the taste especially the strawberry and blackcurrent flavors. It does keep her healthy and whenever she does fall sick, I let her eat a few more than normal to just give her immunity a boost. The size is also a good and small for little mouths.
