Yummy and full of calcium

My daughter loves to eat bread with ANchor Cheese. I started introduces this cheese to her when she was underweight. She likes it once her first try. And now continuing eating whenever she wants to eat. She loves the yummy cheese taste.

Yummy and delicious cheese

For this cheddar slice cheese, I love made it into my yummy and delicious cheesecake. Besides, toasted slice cheese with bread also nice. Even with or without chicken slice. The cheese melt in the mouth. Nice creamy taste. For my cheesecake, its wonderful. Love the fluffy and nice color. This anchor slice cheese a bit pricey.

Anchor cheddar cheese slices

Anchor is one of the choice when I buy cheese slice. Love it’s chessy taste and yet not too salty. Can easily bring out for packed breakfast/tea break as cheese slice is not easily melted. Good to make sandwiches. Tried once to make omelette with cheese, but this cheese takes time to melt, recommend to cut into small pieces then only cook it. Overall, I’m satisfied with this.

Does not melt easily

This cheese slice is great for making sandwiches, but it’s not too great when you want to melt it. The cheese takes a while to melt and it takes just a mere few minutes for it to solidify again. Not only that, the sides of the slices also tend to bend and harden to the point of it being placed into the fridge for far too long. I liked eating it as it is, however, I do not recommend cooking or melting this cheese as it does not do well in that area. Overall, a product that can be made into sandwiches. The cheese intensity is also relatively moderate Cheddar. So if you’re not into strong cheese, this product can be in your liking.

I prefer anchor cheese because it is more cheesy than other brand. I like to put this on my spaghetti, burger, fried rice and etc! But its is not easy to melt.
