    Olive oil is almost as important as water to the household I live in. We go through bottles of it, mainly with our salads, where it’s drizzled generously. As we consume very little carbohydrates, healthy fats are essential to our family, and let’s face it, you cant6get much healthier than good quality olive oil. Alce Nero has gained our trust ever since I got to know more about the brand, its origins, its highly ethical farming procedures and the history behind it as well. When it comes to purchasing olive oil, and I kid you not on this, you may find my sis, her hubby and myself parked at the olive oil sections for a minimum of 10 minutes simply deliberating on the authenticity of each brand – This is the unfortunate outcome of the fake oils scandal that surfaced a few years ago, hence we tend to not take big names for granted anymore. We only trust and have complete faith in a couple of brands, whereby Alce Nero is right up there with them, and hence we enjoy it’s healthy, wholesome goodness and rich, satisfying taste in all our dishes that require its use. I’d recommend this to anyone who wishes to improve their health though the use of healthy oils. As for my family and me, Alice Nero Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an investment for our health.
