Make my food more yummy

Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce is my mum's favourite when cooking. She loves to add in Vegetarian Oyster sauce as it will make the dishes more yummy and delicious. The strong oyster taste is the reason why my mum loves it. Whenever Chinese Calendar Cho 1 and 15, my mum will cook vegetarian food with this vegetarian oyster sauce. The price of the oyster sauce is reasonable.

Alternative to other seasoning

It's not easy to cook pure vegetarian as you need really know how to do the seasoning. This oyster sauce really help me alot when it comes to cooking a pure vegetarian dishes. It enhance the flavo of the cooked. Thicked and not easy get molded even you keep it outside at room temperature. Match well with boiled kialan.
