Ning Shen Soup is one of the most popular methods of maintaining good health for the whole family.

Ingredients:

Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Bulbus Lillii, Arillus Longan, Fructus Lycii.

How to Use:

Pour all the soup ingredients into pot. Add water, and bring to boil. Simmer for 11/2 hours.
