I used to purchase this during my university days as it was a convenient way to grab and go to class every single morning. It was also a product that had the most convenience as well. I really like the amount of crunch that's in each bars as they provide you with an energetic bite as you go along to the very last bite. However, the taste of the bars are still fairly sweet and if you are not someone who's very active in the day, these bars might make you gain weight when eaten in excess. But overall, the bars are crunchy, the oats are perfectly toasted and combined with the whole package and there is a layer of yogurt at the top of the bars too. Great for an occasional splurge nonetheless.
