Suggested usage
As a dietary supplement on 1 tea spoon about 2 to 5 tablespoons approaching served.
If used as a diet food, commercial yogurt (approx. 90 g) into 10 g product, add honey or brown sugar, 1 day 1.2 food instead of meals served. Also mixing with food is served.
