Not suitable for me

I bought this because I want supplement that can give me more energy, prevent me from over tired and makes me fresh always. This vitamin is a little big than usual because 1000mg maybe.

But I think this supplement just not right for me because when I consume this, I feel more tired everyday. I feel sleepy a the time and hard to wake up in the morning.

So I think this is just not suitable with my hormones. Maybe some of the ingredients not suite me. So I just left it. Not take it anymore as my daily supplement.

Saya makan ni sebagai suplemen tambahan untuk mengurangakn simptom keletihan kerana saya seorang wanita yang bekerja dan mempunyai anak.
Jadi rutin harian agak memenatkan.
Bila mengambil vitamin ni saya rasa kurang letih dan mengantuk berbanding sebelum mengambilnya.
Kapsulnya juga bersaiz kecil dan mudah ditelan.
Saya syorkan kepada wanita yang sering penat dan letih untuk mencubanya.
