After years of using Listerine, I needed to use something different to help with my bleeding gums. I bought the mouth wash and paired it with parodontax to manage the gum bleeding. After brushing my teeth with parodontax toothpaste, flossing,and the mouth wash for about 1 week, I saw great results!!! It really helped to stop the gum bleeding and it does a great job with treating bad breath. I just have to get use to the fact that the mouthwash has no flavor but it works well!!!
