I bought this after recommendation from mommies friends. It is a must have in every household. It helps sooth my son when he is having fever, flue or coughing. More convenient to carry around as compared to the garlic oil as it's less messy. Even during travel I'll make sure to bring this along. The smell is quite strong (read: garlic haha) but bearable. Pricewise, a bit on the high side but still affordable and actually will last long as you dont use it everyday anyway. Highly recommended.
