After used the washing machine for 6 months,a small family only 2 adults and 2 kids so bought 7kg, everyday wash very less clothes. 1st time put a new comforter inside washing machine to wash after that only noticed that the top part plastic is very rough. Then, complain to sharp contractor, technician said 1st time see the washing machine like this have to go back check with office. After that they call me and said maybe because I everyday wash jeans or overloaded the washing machine causes like that. Really speechless!! My suggestion is don't buy sharps products. My mum's house Panasonic washing machine 8kg used 6 years still in very good condition.
